Terms of Service

Lifetime Token Information Upgrade is a one-time service priced at €75 in Soltan Ecosystem tokens. The required token quantity is calculated from a live market quote and is rounded up to the token's supported precision. Quotes expire quickly; if market data is unavailable or liquidity is below the configured threshold, checkout is paused. Solana network fees are separate.

Premium applies to one verified token mint. The buyer must prove on-chain control before purchase and must continue to satisfy authorization checks before editing. Fraudulent, misleading, unlawful or infringing content may be unpublished. The service does not guarantee token price, liquidity, exchange listings or investment outcomes.

Before launch, the operator should have this template reviewed and add its legal business details, refund/cancellation terms, governing law, consumer-rights disclosures and contact information.
